Physicians facilitators should self sustaining
Physicians facilitators of all hospitals in the country have been asked to build capacity independently in improving health services in the creative services and revenue sources in order to reduce financial dependence from the Government.
That has been said by the Government Medical Officer Prof. Abel Kubi after visiting the hospital referral region of Dodoma in his visit to see the state of health care delivery made by hospital referral regions.
"Build up an independent system for other things you should do your own in running hospitals in spite of the government handing out money".
He said despite the government handing out money it is time to remove the same view as the government will help them a number of issues that other factors must fend to stop complaining and provide poor service to the hospital
However, he urged physicians to stay and all staff facilitators to get ideas that can improve their hospital and could increase revenue and provide incentives for its employees.
With regard to service champion Prof. Kubi directed these officials zishirikishe hospital staff and the community to improve the state of service delivery in their areas.
However Prof. Kubi has given three months to all facilitators physicians unfamiliar promising designers to wake her ministry will review and filtering Physicians facilitators that corresponds to the speed of the President of the United Republic of Tanzania and those who appeared unfit to be removed.
